My standard room had modern conveniences, including a safe box, multi-channel TV and a seating area...

Location just next door to the port and city centre and super market and many restaurant and more activities, near ferry port for Zanzibar and the ferry terminal which goes to Zanzibar. Nice beds and climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.
-
Robert
The room was cleaned however not giving the comfort to touch any place and available with other windows. The location was favourable, near Zanzibar Ferry Terminal. Set near restaurants and casinos, it was a plus.

The staff, including Godwin, were exceptional in ensuring our comfort and needs were met. They organized airport transfers and provided helpful advice on nearby attractions. Courteous and efficient service. Affordable airport taxi service. Efficient air conditioning. Convenient downtown location. Easy access to the ferry for trips to Zanzibar.
Nothing to be said.

The hotel's location was favourable, close enough to Zanzibar ferry terminal and the BRT bus stop as well as the harbor. Furthermore, down to the local shop. The breakfast choices were great with Masala tea which was good and also bunch.

A reasonably priced and functional hotel in a marvellous setting with a wide array of little extras. Amazingly nice venue employees all round. Good restaurants. The hotel of choice in Dar es Salaam.

Convenient location near ferry port, easy check-in, basic but acceptable room, friendly staff, good takeaway breakfast.
Nothing, it is perfect.

We stayed during Christmas and the hotel had a nice holiday atmosphere with some decorations and a tree. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary cookies and a small bottle of water upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with several restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a nice view.
The room was very basic and had a musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is situated near the bustling downtown area with plenty of Indian restaurants and shops in the vicinity. It's perfect for exploring the city! The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the compact size, the rooms were surprisingly comfortable and provided all the basic amenities one would need. We had a peaceful night's sleep in a clean and cozy environment.
Everything was great and there was nothing noteworthy to improve upon.
